1. Are the sizes AUS size?
Our suppliers are based in various locations, we suggest referring to the measurements on the product pages. If you do not see any measurements or require additional measurements, please email us at mscorporateau@gmail.com

2. Where do you ship from?
We are partnered with suppliers across various countries. Please note that you may receive your orders in separate packages as they may be from different suppliers.


3. Can I refund or exchange the item if I change my mind?
We are happy to offer an exchange however postage charges will not be covered by us. Postage and package expenses for an exchange will be at your own cost. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send us an email at mscorporateau@gmail.com within a week of receiving it. We only offer refunds for defects or faulty items.


4. Can I exchange the items for a different size?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a free postage exchange. All of our products have different measurements, and we advise our customers to check the measurements before placing an order. 

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.

6. Can I get same day delivery?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer express/same day delivery. 

7. Missing an item from your order? 
Don't worry, your item will be with you shortly. Our products are based in different warehouses and it may be that one has been shipped separately.
